Itinerary
Day 1 Marrakech 
Arrive at Marrakech Airport and transfer to your hotel or riad. Afternoon guided city tour of Marrakech including the UNESCO designated world heritage old medina, La Bahia Palace, el Badi Palace, Koutoubia Mosque and Jemaa el Fna Square. Overnight n Marrakech.

Day 2 Marrakech – Imlil – Imi’oughelad 

Transfers from Marrakech to Imlil, This is the start of the riding on the first day. We start with a climb! Not a tough one but good enough to put pressure on the pedals to make sure everything is working. At the top of the pass, we usually stop for mint tea and biscuits before heading for the first real singletrack through the villages of Tacheddirt, Tamgaist and Amssakrou. This is good, flowing singletrack for a couple of hours which drops us into the riverbed for lunch. After a good, long lazy lunch we’re off again. A short climb which turns into a singletrack descent.. At the end of this singletrack we stop in a Gite for the night at Imi Oughlad.

Day 3 Imi’oughelad – Id Aissa
After breakfast we leave IMi Oughlad following a dirt road that climbs steadily, zigzagging up to allow us to enjoy a very nice view over the Ait Mizan valley, the neighbouring valleys and all the small passes. We continue to the Tacht pass where we will stop for drinks and some nuts, then continue along the Azzaden valley on dirt roads passing through several villages to get to Tizi Oussem. It is possible to extend this ride if any one wants to. Night in gite (guest house). At 1850m. 

Day 4 Id Aissa – Ouirgane 
Today we will come back along the same valley and then over to Tinzert village which is situated at the top of the beautifull Ouirgan park, following an easy single track to get to Ouirgan where we stay for the night. 

Day 5 Ouirgane -  Amizmiz 
We will bike through the olive trees over to Tizi Ouzla to get to the Amezmiz valley and come into it from the top passing through many villages and riding smooth flowing single tracks that go through fields and dry hills. This day will take us to Ait Zitoun village where we can enjoy a nice hammam after a long ride. 

Day 6 Amizmiz – Kik Plateau – Asslda 
 Today we have a nice climb to get to the KIK plateau where we will ride nice single tracks along the fields and next to the houses, meeting local people and animals and facing the snow covered Atlas Mountain chain. We will ride over the Tizi To get to Asni where we will stay in a Gite in the small village of Aslda 
Day 7 – Aslda – Moulay Brahim – Tahnaout – Marrakech 
After breakfast, it’s your last day bike in the High Atlas, ride from Aslda to To Tahnaoute via Moulay Brahim. Lunch in Tahnaoute, transfers back to Marrakech city.
 

Day 8 Marrakech 
Free day to relax, visit Marrakesh. Breakfast at the Hotel. Explore the city ( Jemaa El Fena, souks, Monuments such as : Bahia Palace, Tombeaux Saadiens
 Day 9 Airport 
Departure day. The transfer to Marrakesh airport marks the end of the most satisfying cycling holiday you may ever have. Breakfast is also included on the morning of departure.
